Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lakewood, New Jersey. Start ASAP with a 40-hour workweek, dayshift, and travel responsibilities to provide high-quality therapy services.

The role requires an active Physical Therapy license in NJ and current BLS certification. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply and join a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
