Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel employment. Facility in Hillsborough, NJ.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, collaborating with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Clinical PT experience welcome; new grads may apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
