Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Newton, Illinois. The role requires evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Address strength, balance, and functional mobility deficits.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
