Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Jacksonville, Illinois. The PT will oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff, evaluate plans of care, and work with Medical Center personnel to ensure a team-based approach.

Requirements include at least 6 months of travel PT experience (1 year preferred), BLS, and state licensure. The role offers 35 hours per week, 7-hour shifts, and a tax-free stipend; pay details are provided upon offer.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of travel PT experience; 1 year preferred.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for care plan.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/create plans of care.
• Modify plans based on patient condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
