Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC in Patterson, Louisiana, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and travel opportunities across the country.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, document outcomes, and collaborate with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Active PT license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical knowledge and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapeutic techniques, and strategies for continued recovery
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
• Ensure therapy equipment is used properly and safely
