American Traveler, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in Wisconsin. Requires 1+ year of Home Health PT experience and proficiency in HCHB and OASIS, plus solid documentation skills and a valid driver’s license.

You will serve a geriatric patient population across a 60-mile territory with a 5x8 day shift, minimum caseload 5–7 visits daily, and occasional weekend on-call. iPad for documentation; mileage reimbursed; travel opportunities available.
