Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Holiday, FL. The role entails 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

As part of our clinical team, you will evaluate patients, design personalized therapy plans, and work with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes. A PT license and BLS are required; Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Deliver physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
