Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Ocala, Florida. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and exposure to hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings with a dedicated clinical team.

Travel therapists receive competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and licensure reimbursement as part of a supportive traveler program. A valid PT license in the state, BLS certification, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
