Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 20-week assignment in Lakeland, FL. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and a supportive clinical team to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a valid PT license in Florida and current BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Travel experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred but new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
