Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

Provide patient care to assist recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a SNF setting. Ensure quality therapy services, adhere to safety protocols, and support patient progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA. Active State License required. BLS Certification may be necessary.
