Travel Physical Therapist providing therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in short-term rehab, assisted living, and independent living environments; work primarily Monday to Friday with flexible 4 or 5-day schedules; handle a caseload involving multiple levels of care in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Qualifications & Skills
