Role:

Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services, ensure patient care quality, and adhere to facility protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior SNF experience strongly preferred, licensed or eligible for licensure, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Key Duties:

Deliver therapy services on a M-F schedule, with 6-8 hour workdays, guaranteeing 35 hours/week, expected to work 36-40 hours/week. Manage patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
