Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm with 32 guaranteed hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program and eligible for an active state PT license. Responsibilities include treating patients, developing plans, documenting progress, and managing credentialing with employer-covered
