Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic setting. You will manage a diverse caseload, including pelvic floor, vestibular, amputees, and neuro patients, delivering high-quality outpatient therapy across a 40-hour workweek with Monday to Friday schedule.

You will conduct about 12 patient visits daily while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
