Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to support patient recovery, injury management, and chronic condition care across assigned counties in Ohio.

You will cover travel to patient homes, conduct therapy sessions, coordinate care with families and caregivers, and meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Ohio PT license, valid BLS certification, home care experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient management skills.
