Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in home health settings across Highland, Clinton, and Fayette. The role requires adapting to multiple locations with a focus on quality patient care.

You will maintain a 40-hour workweek with an 8-hour shift, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and effective communication with patients and care teams. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active PT license for Ohio, with at least 1 year of home health experience.
• Valid BLS certification may be required.
