Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehab therapy in a hospital setting. You will manage a patient ratio of 6:1 and typically work 40 hours per week, including one weekend per month.

Responsibilities include administering therapy services, documenting care, following facility protocols, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in team meetings to support patient recovery.

Manage a patient ratio of 6:1, with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, including one weekend per month. Ensure quality care in an inpatient rehab hospital setting. Handle all aspects of patient treatment and documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
