Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a qualified physical therapist for a travel assignment focused on patient rehabilitation services.

You will assess referred patients to determine their medical condition and functional capabilities, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will provide skilled physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, adjust care plans, document outcomes, and educate patients and families on therapy methods

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Successful passing of the NPTE and current state licensure or active licensure process.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong collaboration, assessment, and documentation skills.
