Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery while working across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include developing rehabilitation plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers, documenting outcomes, and ensuring safety and quality. Licensure and BLS required; Doctorate preferred; candidates can be new graduates or experienced

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification are required.
• Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
