Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Billings, Montana. The position runs for 13 weeks at 40 hours weekly, with days shifts in a SNF/LTC setting.

Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited program and hold a current PT license; you will develop care plans and deliver skilled therapy per physician orders, collaborating with all disciplines to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or in the process of licensure.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
