Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Helena, Montana. You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days, in a SNF/LTC environment, starting ASAP.

This travel role involves delivering patient-centered PT services under physician orders and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires a degree from an accredited school, a current PT license or licensure in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of application for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Responsibilities
