Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Helena, Montana. This contract role is for a 13-week assignment in a SNF/LTC setting, with 40 hours per week and eight-hour days.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program, hold a current PT license or be processing licensure, and possess CPR certification. Responsibilities include developing a care plan, delivering PT services, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
