Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Billings, Montana. The role is a SNF/LTC setting with a 13-week contract and 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, ASAP start.

The candidate will develop care plans, provide skilled PT services per orders, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient goals. Must be a graduate of an accredited program and hold a PT license, or be in the licensure process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process for licensure.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
