The ideal candidate will have 1 year of PT experience and SNF/LTC exposure with an active MI PT license (or eligibility). This contract offers travel benefits and a path to licensure reimbursement as part of Centra’s program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent PT experience
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of MI
