Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a PT.
• Current CPR certification and active licensure in the state or pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct physical therapy care.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Document patient status and progress; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
