Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time outpatient assignments in Oklahoma. Assignments are typically 13 weeks, with travel stipends and housing lodging options. Eligible benefits include medical coverage, PTO, 401(k), and license reimbursements.

Qualifications

• DPT/MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state PT license or eligibility.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports conditions.
• Educate patients and families during rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide patient-centered care.
