Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Elizabethtown, KY. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a supportive clinical team.

Start date is ASAP, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in diverse settings such as hospitals and clinics. Ideal candidates hold a PT license and BLS, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and determine functional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
