Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Paducah, Kentucky. This role offers 40 hours per week, typically day shifts, with comprehensive benefits through a travel package and clinical support from our team.

Applicants must hold a valid PT license in the state and have current BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply and travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess functional limitations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans using diverse techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Assist with discharge planning and transitions to home or community settings.
