Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and work with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and examinations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain calibration of devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics.
• Maintain infection control and safety in treatment areas.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and quality assurance.
