Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chipley, Florida. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Required: Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess functional limitations to determine treatment need.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Use PT techniques and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care.
