Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Franklin, Tennessee. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and an opportunity to impact patient mobility and quality of life.

You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package through Fusion.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Professional PT experience; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
