Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role provides full-time hours (40 per week) with an 8-hour shift, primarily Monday through Friday, in a dynamic home health setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying the travel lifestyle offered by a nationwide therapy staffing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT care and treatment in home health settings.
• Assess and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team and coordinate patient mobility plans.
