Ideal candidates hold a PT degree and an active NC license with BLS/CPR certification. Local travel between patient homes is required, with housing and license reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in home health settings preferred; case management of PT patients and home safety assessments.
• Ability to manage a full caseload, complete timely documentation, and coordinate care with nursing and other disciplines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.

Assignment Details

• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40 hours.
• On-call and weekend coverage: not required.
• Coverage areas include Burke and Caldwell counties. Local travel between patient homes required.

Impacting Patient Care
