Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will perform six patient visits daily with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, covering northern Charlotte and surrounding areas.

The position requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active NC license, BLS, and at least one year of home health experience; Homecare Homebase EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home health experience required.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
