• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring rehabilitation services; provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a measurable plan of care aligned with physician orders.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
