Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Eugene, OR. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and implement evidence-based treatments in hospitals and clinics.

The role requires a valid Oregon PT license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Start date 10/26/2026; 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel assignment with comprehensive benefits and clinical support.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required or current.
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
