Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lincoln City, Oregon. The position offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with travel compensation and comprehensive benefits.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings. Current license and BLS are required; grads welcome with appropriate credentials. Start date 10/26/2026.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and safety.
