Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate travel assignment in Eugene, Oregon. The PT will evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for diverse patient populations in the acute care setting.

Requirements include 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates), BLS certification, and active state licensure. The role involves 40 hours per week across 8-hour daytime shifts over a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• 1 year of travel PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensure.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff to ensure a team-based plan of care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care; modify as patient condition changes.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
