Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in CO in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Licensure eligibility for Colorado preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to guide therapy.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
