Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Burlingame, CA. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, developing individualized rehabilitation plans and documenting progress while collaborating with a diverse clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure outcomes.
