Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the goal of improving mobility and reducing pain. You will collaborate with health care teams to deliver comprehensive care and educate patients on exercises and self-management.

This role requires a valid state PT license and BLS, along with strong clinical and communication skills to support diverse patient populations during travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist per state regulations.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to operate equipment and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehab plans.
• Utilize therapy modalities and operate equipment safely.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document outcomes accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care.
