Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic PC skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Visual acuity and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests and examinations to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize manual therapy and exercise techniques to promote recovery and independence.
• Operate and maintain specialized physical therapy equipment safely.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in professional development and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in discharge planning for seamless patient transitions.
