You will develop personalized plans, implement therapy techniques, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care while educating patients on home exercises and prevention.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift, move equipment, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and irregular schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop therapy plans.
• Implement therapy techniques and operate equipment safely.
• Document evaluations and outcomes; monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in discharge planning.
