Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospital and clinic settings. You will develop evidence-based plans, use exercise and manual therapy, and collaborate with the care team to optimize mobility and pain outcomes.

Applicants must hold a state PT license and BLS certification, with strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Effective interpersonal and motor skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests and clinical examinations.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain documentation.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
