Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wallingford, Connecticut. The role is 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift per day, providing clinical care in a travel setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing rehab plans, and documenting outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Travel experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
