You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to discharge planning while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid state physical therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
