Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Deptford, NJ. The role offers a 40-hour work week, dayshift, and an ASAP start in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting with comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care and patient outcomes. |

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other licenses or certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations, and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home programs, body mechanics, and self-management.
