Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on findings.
• Implement PT plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow infection control.
