Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Calhoun, Kentucky. The position offers 40 hours per week, with dayshift and 8-hour shifts, and includes travel compensation and benefits through Fusion Medical Staffing.

As a PT, you will evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, delivering evidence-based treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New Grads welcomed to apply.
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
