Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in La Grange, Kentucky. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a chance to work in diverse settings to support patient recovery.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer PT treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
